I lived my dream in my teens and decided to create a band with my brother and Dad for a bit of fun, roll on 20 years and we're still doing what we love best. Fronting the band is what I love and you can be sure that I'll entertain from the front at any show we play. I've played drums with 2 Weeks Notice (2WN) for over a decade now. With the wide range of songs we perform, I get to play all genres of music and drumming styles – keeps things interesting, that's for sure! 2WN shows are great fun! The band creates a sound that'll get you moving (no fancy footwork required)! Fun fact: I'm a lefty with a passion for tennis! But on the drums, it's all about the right-handed technique. Ever since the age of 14, 2WN band has gone from being a laugh with friends & family developing over the years into an extended family, a brotherhood. There is nothing I enjoy more than travelling up and down the country entertaining crowds and meeting new people each week with these boys! Creating a band with your brother and old man is something, to still be playing 20 years later is something else! Marvellous x

From the moment my fingers first tinkled the ivories at the age of 7, music would be my lifelong passion. My musical journey was ignited three decades ago by my Uncle Micky, a luminary of the iconic Dexys Midnight Runners and The Beat, inspiring me to pursue my own musical path and carry the torch of my musical heritiage forward. Joining Luke, Ollie and the 2WN family was a great honour and I trust am doing your old man proud lads. Long may this journey continue.

I've been gigging since I was 14, mainly pubs and clubs around the Midlands, there was a thriving Irish scene at that time, fast forward a few years later, a chance conversation with Tim Basnett led to some gigs on bass, switching to guitar shortly after,  playing the music you hear at the 2 Weeks Notice gigs these days.
 

Started playing bass from the age of 13. At 14 was invited to play for the midland youth jazz orchestra (myjo) and became their longest serving member. It was through this I was fortunate to tour the world and play with some amazing musicians. In 1997 started soul matters and this run for 25 years performing at NIA, NEC, Wembley, 02, the Cavern club and Abbey Road studios to name a few!
And then in May 2022 the call came to audition for 2WN two years later they still have not decided if I have passed or not! I feel honored to be in such a great band with kind people I can call friends! Let the good times roll……
